YET again I read in the Western Telegraph (August 29th) that Hywel Dda Health Board are holding another public meeting. Their ears may be open, but their minds were closed long ago.

They decided that the only thing needed west of Carmarthen is their headquarters in Haverfordwest.

There is no hope for Withybush Hospital while Hywel Dda Health Board exists.
