Electricity increase

TODAY I received an email from SWALEC, our electricity supplier of long-standing, informing us that they plan to increase out electricity prices in October by 9%.
After reading the usual excuses for the increase on their website, I find this price increase totally unacceptable and wonder if other readers of your paper felt as angry as I do.
I shall be looking very closely at ‘comparison websites’ in the near future.
