Teen airlifted after car goes through hedge

A 16-year-old girl was airlifted to Withybush Hospital after a car went through a hedge at the Ridgeway in Tenby yesterday.

Emergency services were called to the scene at 2.45pm. The car was off the road and upside down.

The teenager was seated in the rear of the vehicle. She had managed to get out of the car but was complaining of back pain.

Two more casualties, including one 17-year-old female were taken to hospital by land ambulance. One was put on a spinal board.
