Motorists are advised to be extra careful over the weekend, and to be prepared for surface water flooding, following an amber rain warning for Pembrokeshire issued by the Met Office.
More rain is predicted by the Met Office over the next few days and into next week, which means there is little ability for ground or watercourses to drain away and the risk of flooding remains.
Pembrokeshire County Council is advising members of the public to keep an eye on the Met Office forecast for the latest weather update and to buy sandbags at local builder’s merchants for properties at risk of flooding.
