Seven schools in the north and east of the county are closed today with four partially open as disruption continues following days of heavy snow.

The closed schools are:

Cilgerran Church in Wales VC School, Ysgol Llanychllwydog - Gwaun Valley, Ysgol y Frenni - Crymych, Ysgol y Preseli - secondary - Crymych, Ysgol Clydau - Tegryn, Ysgol Gymunedol Maenclochog, Ysgol Gynradd Gymunedol Eglwyswrw.

Those partially open (further details available from the Pembrokeshire County Council website) are:

Ysgol Llandudoch - St Dogmael`s, Narberth Community Primary School, Tavernspite Community Primary School and Ysgol Bro Ingli - Newport.

All primary routes in the county are clear, but there are difficult driving conditions on untreated roads in the north of the county around Moylegrove, Crymych, Hermon and Mynachlogddu.

Three gritters are operating in the affected area trying to catch up on the numerous requests received in the past couple of days.

A yellow warning of ice remains in place and drivers are advised to take extra care.

All bus routes except two are running normally in Pembrokeshire today.

The two affected routes are in the north and east of the county.

Service No. 430, operated by Richards Brothers between Cardigan and Narberth, has some minor diversions because of difficulty on roads in the Rhoshill and Hermon area.

Service No. 345.operated by Collins, is using a direct route only between Mynachlogddu and Maenclochog because some minor roads are still impassable this morning.
