Great Pancake Race to take place

Hopes are high that a flipping great new tradition will be started in Narberth tomorrow (Tuesday) with the town’s inaugural Great Pancake Race.

Organised by Narberth Museum, the race will take place outside the building in Church Street.

Registration begins at 10am with the first race at 11.30am. Entry is 50p per child and £1 per adult, with proceeds to the museum, and there will be pancakes and hot chocolate on sale.

Age categories: under five (to be run with accompanying adult); five - eight; nine-12; 13-16 and over 17.

Fancy dress is optional, but competititors will need to bring their own frying pans.
