Two men were rescued after getting trapped by the tide on a Tenby beach on Saturday.
Milford Haven Coastguard requested the launch of Tenby Inshore Lifeboat 'Georgina Taylor' at around 6.30pm on Saturday, March 30th after receiving a call from the men saying they were cut off on a beach facing Tenby harbour.
After talking to the men and asking them to describe landmarks it was decided that they were stuck somewhere between Tenby's North Beach and Waterwynch Bay.
On arrival the volunteer lifeboat crew found two men very wet and one with a minor head/facial injury.
They were conveyed by the Georgina Taylor to Tenby harbour and a waiting ambulance.
The Tenby Coastguard rescue team was also involved.
