Taste buds will be teased next month when producers and suppliers of some of West Wales’ finest food and produce come together for the Pembrokeshire Food Festival.
The festival, with free entry, takes place at The Pavilion at Bluestone National Park Resort on Tuesday, 10th and Wednesday, 11th September and will feature an abundance of local produce and beverages on display and sale, along with cookery demonstrations and samples.
“West Wales has so much to offer when it comes to food and drink and we’re extremely proud to be able to source produce and ingredients from our community wherever we can at Bluestone,” said Steve Batty, head of food and beverage at Bluestone.
“The Pembrokeshire Food Festival is a great way to celebrate and showcase the wide range of fine food and produce from the region and to let visitors sample and take home and even go away with new cooking ideas using local produce.”
Exhibitors will be on hand to talk about their produce and to answer any questions. A gastro restaurant will also be providing demonstrations cooked by Bluestone’s own head chefs, along with students from Pembrokeshire College.
The Pembrokeshire Food Festival takes place between 10.30am and 4.30pm.
