CYCLISTS taking part in the London Bikeathon later this month will be cycling around Pembrokeshire this Saturday to help drum up sponsorship.
Hannah and Kevin Jones, from All About YOU Photography in Haverfordwest, Tim Hughes and Lee Rees from Musicians World, Graham Williams of Pro Nails salon, and 15-year-old Gabriel Thomas, from Swansea will each be cycling 25 miles around the county, asking for donations from local businesses.
The group will then go on to attempt the 100-mile London Bikeathon on Sunday, September 15.
Hannah said she had been inspired to take on the challenge when she took part in the Three Peaks climb earlier this year, raising money for the Paul Sartori Foundation and Riding for the Disabled.
The group hopes to raise £2,000, with the money going to Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
