ORGANISERS of the Red Bull World Cliff Diving Series have confirmed they will not be returning to the Blue Lagoon, Abereiddy, in 2014.
It is uncommon for the event to return to the same venue for three years in a row – but following the stunning success of the UK leg in both 2012 and 2013 officials had hinted the Pembrokeshire venue would be in the reckoning again this time around.
But the seven stops were confirmed this morning as Havana, Cuba (May 10), Possum Kingdom Lake, USA (June 7), Inis Mór, Ireland (June 29), Kragerø, Norway (July 12), Yalta, Ukraine (August 30), Bilbao, Spain (September 20), and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (October 19).
More to follow.
