THE A40 has reopend after being closed earlier this evening due to an accident near Llanddewi Velfrey.
A car and a motorcycle were said to have been involved in the incident, which left the road between Whitland and the Penblewin roundabout, Narberth, blocked and closed for an hour.
It was later partially reopened with a contraflow in place while emergency services worked and recovered the vehicles involved.
The road reopened at about 6.50pm.
