BURSTS of heavy rain led to sporadic surface water floods on roads throughout Pembrokeshire last night.
There was road flooding at Pembroke Road, Haverfordwest; Mariners Square, Haverfordwest; Haverfordwest between Morrisons Roundabout and Salutation Square and at Maddox Moor, Freystrop.
Flooding also occurred on the A478 between Crymych and Pentre Galar; A487 at Felindre Farchog; Wood End, St Dogmaels; Ambleston; Trafalgar Road, Haverfordwest; Cherry Tree Close, Milford Haven.
At Penrhiw, St Dogmaels; Cilgerran near Masons Arms; A4075 at Carew; on the B4318 between Sageston and Heatherton and at Thomas Chapel, Begelly.
Drain covers came off at Cartlett, Haverfordwest
Strong winds also resulted in several fallen trees across the county.
A tree came down on A4075 between White Hill and Carew; another fell across both lanes of A487 between Llantood and Eglwyswrw; a tree came down near Royal Hotel, Broad Haven, while another fell on A487 between Newgale and Solva.
