THERE IS A CORRECT PROCEDURE FOR A CONSULTATION.
IT SHOULD BE SEEN TO BE FAIR AND REASONABLE.
THE SUMMARY OF THE CONSULTATION SHOULD NOT PUT PRESSURE ON PEOPLE TO LOOK AT ALTERNATIVES.
FACTS STATED RELATING TO POTENTIAL COSTS AND LACK OF VIABILITY
SHOULD BE TRUE.
COULD THE LACK OF RESIDENTS AT PRESENT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH EVERYONE TALKING ABOUT IT CLOSING?

If the questionnaire could be filled out online there might be a better response.
