Hundreds of people enjoying a special day out at Pembroke Castle were asked to leave earlier today (Sunday) following a medical emergency.
The Castle was hosting the free entry Valero Spring Fayre to mark the 50th anniversary of continous operations at the local refinery.
The event was well attended throughout the day until mid afternoon when a man is understood to have collapsed within the Castle grounds.
Dyfed-Powys Police officers and ambulance crews arrived at the scene and asked members of the public to leave while the man was receiving attention.
