An 88 year-old Letterston man is to stand trial accused of causing death by careless driving.
Arthur Edwin Hunter, of Gurndifog, Letterston, entered a plea of not guilty when he appeared before Judge Peter Heywood at Swansea crown court on Friday.
He is accused of causing the death of Benjamin Bowen on the A40 at Letterston on February 14 last year.
During a short hearing Judge Heywood laid down a timetable for the case and said a five day trial would begin on December 15.
Hunter was granted bail meanwhile.
