Three very special people are the focus of a fund raising Healing Day event to be held in Haverfordwest today (Saturday).

Grace Lloyd, who passed away in May this year was a founder member of the Pembrokeshire Cystic Fibrosis Branch.

Her son Mark who was a CF patient died, age 40 in October 2004, just four months after his ten-year-old son Joshua was killed in a tragic skateboarding accident.

Eager to pay tribute to these three members of the Lloyd family and at the same time raise funds for the Pembrokeshire branch of the CF Trust, Grace’s daughter –in-law Pauline, with friend Rebecca Phillips, has arranged a Healing Day where a wide range of therapies will be available as taster sessions at prices ranging from £5 to £20.

Among those available will be Reiki healing, reflexology, a variety of massage treatments, Bowen treatment, Bach Flower remedies, crystal healing, aromatherapy, foot reading – and lots more.

Also present will be two of Pembrokeshire’s best spiritual-psychics, Paul Wayman and Lee Mills.

Anyone wanting just a cup of coffee and a friendly chat will also be welcome.

Raffle tickets  will also be on sale on the day with some fabulous prizes.

The Healing Day takes place at the Picton Centre, Haverfordwest today (Saturday, August 30) from 10am-8pm. Admission £2 includes tea coffee and biscuits.
