There's a chance to re-live the action and spectacle of the recent Ironman Wales 2014 challenge on television tomorrow (Sunday) morning.
Channel 4 is featuring a 30-minute programme on the event, which was contested by 1,850 athletes from 49 countries, including around 200 from Pembrokeshire.
Ironman Wales will be shown at 7.05am on Channel 4 and at 8.05am on Channel 4 + 1.
