TWENTY-eight local businesses showed true festive spirit by entering the Haverfordwest Business Circle’s first ever Christmas Window Competition.
The competition closed on December 6, leaving judges Guy Norman and Pip Lewis - of arts-based community interest company spacetocreate – the tough task of picking the winners.
“It was very had to pick the best windows, as they were all exceptional,” said Guy. “Clearly, a lot of hard work has gone in to producing them.”
As well as organising the competition, the Circle provided three shiny new cups to be presented to the winners.
“We will be running this event annually, and look forward to more members getting involved,” Circle member Sally Williams enthused.
The Welsh Bakery scooped first prize, followed by Tussie Mussie in second place and Seasons in third.
Councillor Tom Tudor proudly presented Rob and Jane of The Welsh Bakery with their well-deserved trophy.
