There was drama in County Hall this morning (Thursday) when Councillor Brian Hall walked out after resigning his Cabinet seat.
During a long speech which started with an apology, he said he would also retire from the Mid and West Wales Fire Authority when his term of office as chairman ends this year and decide later whether or not to remain a member of the County Council independent group.
He also announced that he was revoking his right to claim travelling expenses.
"I am a simple man and do my very best, but unfortunately, I also sometimes lose my cool and say things I regret. For that I want to apologise for what I may have said or done" he said.
So, was Cllr Hall right to step down? Have your say below.
