POLICE are investigating two burglaries and one attempted burglary over the weekend in Fishguard.

Sometime overnight on Friday, July 17, the Co-operative Food store on High Street was broken into and cigarettes were stolen.

The Hottipass Service Station on Hottipass Street was broken into on the same day, with cash taken.

There was also an attempted burglary at the Cambrian Inn on Hamilton Street, which occurred in the early hours of Saturday, July 18.

Police are appealing for any witnesses of these incidents or anyone with information to call police in Fishguard on 101, or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
