There are 19 notices of motion and 19 questions on the agenda for today's meeting of Pembrokeshire County Council. Two notices of motion are recommended for adoption.

The questions include: * Councillor Bill Philpin asking if the leader had considered the democratic benefits of allowing all members to be in involved in the choice of chairman and vice-chairman.

* Cllr Tony Brinsden asking if the leader thinks by having the lowest council tax in Wales the authority's ability to compete in the Welsh Local Government's Excellence Wales awards is adversely affected.

* Cllr Kate Becton asking for councillors to be notified of the last day for submission of notices of motion and questions, and supplied with a description of the roles of cabinet mentors.

* Cllr Becton also asking how many affordable houses have been built in the county in the past year; what help can be given to people to understand the choice-based lettings system; whether wheelie bins are an option for everyone; how many enterprises have applied for accommodation in the new Technium building, when it will be occupied and when permanent staff move in.
