Pembrokeshire Housing Association Ltd is to face three health and safety charges following the death of a man working on a housing project in Letterston.
Glyndwr Richards, aged 54, from Crymych, died in 2012 after being trapped in a trench.
Today, Swansea crown court was told that the Association would deny all three charges.
A five day trial will begin on April 11.
William Evans, aged 54, of Blaenwaun Twr, Trelech, near Newcastle Emlyn, has already admitted breaching section 2 of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Evans will be sentenced after the end of the trial.
