LAST Thursday evening (January 28) saw the winners of the Fishguard and Goodwick Christmas lights competition attend town council to receive their awards.
Certificates were handed out by guest judge, Lucy Wilkes who was one of the main organisers of the Christmas Light Night event.
A town council spokesman said: “Thanks to these smashing people for brightening our towns and thank you to everyone who attended - it was a lovely evening.”
The category winners were Merv Hawkins (houses), Mr M Williams (bungalows), Llain Las (care homes), The Shamrock (public houses), Wern Road Motors (businesses), Maes Y Grug (communities).
