A PENSIONER has pleaded not guilty to a string of sexual offences alleged to have taken place against a 13-year-old girl.
Kenneth Waters, 70, of Highfield Manor, Haverfordwest, faced nine charges dating back to 2004 when he appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday (August 16).
It is alleged Waters touched the teenager in a sexual manner and caused or incited her to touch him intimately.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction of the case.
Waters was released on conditional bail to appear before Swansea Crown Court on September 16.
