The Tiers Cross to Bolton Hill Quarry road has re-opened following an earlier collision.
Dyfed-Powys Police had tweeted at 8.27am for drivers to avoid the area following the collision earlier this morning.
The force announced that the road had re-opened at 10.31am.
A police spokesman told the Western Telegraph: "Dyfed-Powys Police attended the scene of a road traffic collision involving two cars, between Tiers Cross and Bolton Hill Quarry, at 8:05am this morning.
"Both vehicles have been recovered and the road is now re-open.”
The police did not have any further information on injuries.
