A CHOCOLATIER from Brynberian will be launching her specialist confectionary at the prestigious Country Living Spring Fair in London this week.

Gabriella Ujhelyi, originally from Hungary, has been picked from just over a hundred applicants to feature in a Pop Up Market that will highlight just ten exceptional new entrepreneurs each day, bringing them to the attention of the wider public and helping to launch their business.

Gabriella's company, Zamat Chocolates, fuses chocolates and herbs together in a new and creative way. Zamat is a Hungarian word meaning "distinctive flavour" referring to the unusual taste experience shaped by the exquisite bouquet of herbs.

Gabriella moved to Wales over three years ago. She learned the art of chocolate making in Sweden and gained valuable experience in herb production at a leading organic herb supplier in Somerset.

After becoming acquainted with the characteristics of medicinal plants in autumn 2016 she decided to fuse chocolate and herbs together in a new creative way.

Gabriella infuses handmade pralines, made using the finest Belgian chocolate, with natural organic herbs and essential oils, blending its rich dark notes of the chocolate with the fragrant delicate aromas of herbs and ensuring that every piece reflects the quality and beauty of handcrafting.

Taking inspiration from rural Pembrokeshire Gabriella forges exciting unconventional flavours combining healthy with luscious.

Gabriella, who makes all her chocolates in Brynberian, will be appearing at the Country Living Spring Fair on April 27.
