SIGNS have gone up warning motorists of upcoming resurfacing on one of Pembrokeshire's busiest roads.
Work on Freemens Way in Haverfordwest is due to start on June 26.
Overnight road closures are to take place between 8pm and 6am and could last as long as four weeks, according to the signs.
The work was due to begin at the end of May but had been pushed back.
In May, a Welsh Government spokesman said: “This section has deteriorated rapidly, particularly over the last two months and so resurfacing work will take place as soon as possible.
“The works will cover and include Salutation Roundabout, all the way through Freemens Way to Merlins Roundabout and approximately 50 metres past the rail bridge at Dredgmans Hill.”
Motorists are warned to expect speed restrictions and some delays as work takes place.
