Families can enjoy a variety of great activities at Scolton Manor over the summer holidays – both inside and outdoors.

Step back in time in ‘Nursery Days’ - a fascinating exhibition on life in the Victorian Nursery which will overturn some of the clichés about the average Victorian family, through letters, diaries, visual imagery and a selection of games.

The exhibition will be open daily in the Manor House between 11am and 5pm until Sunday 3rd September, and is included in the normal admission price.

Alongside the main exhibition, get creative at a range of Victorian craft activities or follow the ‘Lovely Little Book Trail’ around the Manor.

The craft activities and book trail are available daily between 11am and 4pm and are included in the normal admission price for the Manor House: £3.50 for adults, £2.35 for concessions and children over four years and £9.35 for a family ticket (two adults and up to three children).

If you’d like to spend time in the picturesque grounds, why not follow Peter Rabbit’s trail around the Walled Garden – or see how many tigers you can spot in a ‘Tiger Hunt’ in the Scolton woods.

The Peter Rabbit trail and the Tiger Hunt cost £1 per child and are available daily between 11am and 4pm.
