NATIONAL Trust is looking for a tenant to live and work by the sea as part of a new lifestyle and business venture at Marloes Sands in Pembrokeshire.

Runwayskiln café and accommodation at Marloes Sands is a unique opportunity to work with the conservation charity in an iconic location on the very western edge of Pembrokeshire.

The coastal site is available to let via informal tender and comprises a three-bedroom detached farmhouse, café, bunk barns and flat suitable for commercial and residential use.

The Trust’s vision for this special place is to create a vibrant hub providing accommodation, refreshments and information to the many visitors who come to the Marloes Peninsula and surrounding area.

Speaking about the opportunity, estate manager Alex Rees-Wigmore, said: “We view this tenancy at Runwayskiln café and accommodation as an exciting long-term partnership.

“The successful applicant will be committed to the National Trust’s aim of delivering great experiences and providing public access, involvement and enjoyment.”

A viewing day will take place at Runwayskiln on August 14, between 10am and 2pm, by appointment only.
