The A477 between Pembroke Dock and Carew has re-opened following a crash at Cosheston.
The crash was near Nash and involved two vehicles.
Police, firefighters and ambulance crews attended the scene.
There are not believed to have been any serious injuries.
Local diversions were being put in place but traffic is very slow around the scene and through Pembroke.
The arrival of the Irish Ferries daily service added extra traffic to the area.
