A SCHOOL playground has opened its arms to local wildlife, thanks to South Hook LNG and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority (PCNPA).
St Francis School in Milford Haven won £200 in RSPB vouchers after winning the South Hook LNG Celebrating Wildlife calendar competition.
The money helped buy a hedgehog house, bug hotel, plants, seeds and gardening equipment.
PCNPA ranger Dan Wynn also visited the school with his team, and - with help from children - landscaped the foundation phase playground with a bamboo fence, raised planting borders, a pathway and a log seating area.
