The final of the first ever Bluestone Foundation League takes place at the Conygar Bridge Meadow Stadium next Friday.

The West Dragons were clear winners of the six team league during the summer, and will take on hosts Bluestone AFC for the inaugural Bluestone Foundation Shield.

And presenting the tournament trophy to the winners afterwards, will be Swansea City legend Lee Trundle.

All money raised from the evening will go to local causes via the Bluestone Foundation, and spectators will be asked to give a minimum donation of £3 that will include a programme and raffle entry.

The raffle itself will include a host of enticing prizes.

It is The Dragons who will start as clear favourties after thumping the tournament hosts 9-0 when the sides met in the group stage.

But Bluestone AFC will bring with them a large gathering of support, with Ian Darbyshire, who originally piched the idea for the competition, telling Telegraph Sport: "We really want to get people there and have a decent crowd.

"It's fantastic that Lee (Trundle) is going to be there, and most importantly, we want to raise a good amount for local charity and the Bluestone Foundation."

The final will kick off at The Meadow at 7pm.
