These were the  queues outside a famous clothing brand's new shop in Tenby today (Friday).

Joules, which designs and sells clothing, footwear and accessories for men, women and children, is opening the doors of its new shop in the premises formerly occupied by Greggs in Tudor Square.

Eight new jobs will be created by the opening of the new store, which is one of over 100 Joules outlets in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

To celebrate the opening, Joules are offering 'early bird' queue prizes for the first shoppers to visit the store, including a £200 voucher for the first customer. The following ten customers will receive £100 gift cards and the next ten are in line for £50 gift cards.

And there were plenty of early birds in line for the promotion with large queues already built up by 7.20am.

Every customer through the door on the opening day will also receive 15 per cent off any purchase made between tomorrow @Friday) and Sunday.

Tom Joule, founder of Joules, said: "We're thrilled to be opening a new Joules story in Tenby. We are really looking forward to bringing our unique personality and style to shoppers over the coming months."

The store opens at 9.30am.
