THERE was a large police presence in Milford Haven’s Charles Street on Friday evening, November 10, following reports of a knifeman in the area.
A police spokesman said that officers, including armed officers from the firearms unit, attended Charles Street at 7.25pm.
“Officers from Dyfed-Powys Police attended Charles Street, Milford Haven, at around 7.25pm on Friday, November 10 following a report of a man in possession of a knife," said the spokesman.
“Those attending included armed officers from our firearms unit.
“A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence. He has been released under investigation pending further police enquiries.
“Nobody was injured during the incident.”
