Pembrokeshire’s Road Policing Unit has reported a successful February so far with £10,000 of controlled drugs taken off the streets; five arrests for possession with intent to supply controlled drugs and one arrest for possession of cocaine.
The unit has also dealt with 12 uninsured vehicles, made one arrest for drink driving, one arrest for driving while disqualified and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent and one arrest for evasion of fuel duty.
Officers from the RPU have also arrested one person for being wanted on warrant and one for being drunk and disorderly.
Yesterday, Friday, eight drivers were reported for driving while using a mobile phone. One driver was reported for driving with no insurance.
