An alleged £10 debt led to a Pembroke Dock man ransacking a flat and stealing a television.
Jamie Rawlinson, 26, of Commercial Row, appeared from custody at Haverfordwest magistrates on Wednesday.
He pleaded guilty to entering a flat and stealing a television set.
Abul Hussain, prosecuting, told the court that Rawlinson telephoned Cheryl Baskerville on March 6 asking for £10 he claimed she owed him.
“He threatened to smash up her flat and steal her television. True to his word, he broke in to the flat, ransacked it and stole her TV. Fortunately the victim was not home at the time.”
Rawlinson was found in a neighbouring flat and the television was recovered.
The court heard that Rawlinson was currently subject to a suspended sentence imposed by a crown court.
Magistrates agreed to send the case to Swansea crown court for sentencing, and Rawlinson will next appear on April 6. He was remanded into custody until that date.
