A man accused of drink-driving has denied being behind the wheel while nearly treble the limit.
Maris Vincinaitis, address unknown, appeared from custody at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday, April 17.
Speaking via a Latvian interpreter, the 51 year-old pleaded not guilty to driving while over the legal alcohol limit, without third party insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
It is alleged that he drove Renault Clio on the B4329 at Bethlehem, Haverfordwest, on April 13, with 104mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit is 35mg.
A trial date was listed for April 30 and Vincinaitis was released on bail with the conditions to surrender his passport, and not to leave Pembrokeshire.
