The Tenby pedestrianisation scheme – which restricts traffic from inside the town walls – starts on Monday, July 2, and concludes on Friday, September 14, running daily from 11am to 5.30pm.
The scheme will be suspended over the two weekends of Long Course (14th and 15th July) and Ironman (8th and 9th September) to enable the setting-up and implementation of those events.
Residents and businesses are reminded that localised road closures associated with these events will differ to pedestrianisation times.
Further information in respect of the event closure times and access arrangements, can be found on Long Course Weekend and Ironman Wales websites.
Once pedestrianisation finishes, the County Council will be issuing a questionnaire to residents and businesses seeking feedback on this years extended scheme trial.
These can be sent in writing to: Traffic Section, Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP or e-mailed to: tenby.pedestrian@pembrokeshire.gov.uk
