A roadside breath test
Magistrates have issued a warrant for a man accused of drink-driving.
Stuart Fitton Niven, of Glenmore Lodge Access Road, Glenmore, Aviemore, Highland, is alleged to have driven a Mercedes while over the legal alcohol limit on the B4546 at St Dogmaels, on June 30.
A warrant was issued for Niven’s arrest when he failed to appear at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday, July 17.
It is alleged that Niven, 48, had 59mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit is 35mg.
