A Haverfordwest man is to appear in crown court accused of sexual touching.
John Robert Hancox of Hanover Court, Milford Road, faces a charge of touching a woman aged 16 or over in a sexual way, without her consent, in Haverfordwest on August 13.
No plea was entered when Hancox, 66, appeared before Haverfordwest magistrates from custody on Tuesday, August 14, and the court entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction to hear the case and Hancox was remanded in custody until his next appearance at Swansea crown court on September 14.
