A ‘WIZARD’ Harry Potter-themed proposal proved a magical success story in Tenby on Saturday, March 23.
The North Beach proposal, the work of sand artist Marc Traenor, saw a marriage proposal in Welsh, surrounded by a Harry Potter-themed coat of arms.
The proposal: “Nia, will you marry me?” was a plea from Tenby visitor Ben Griffiths to his girlfriend Nia Roderick.
The couple, from Rhondda Cynon Taf, were staying in Tenby with family at the time.
Ben persuaded Nia to take a walk on the beach, leading her to find the Potter-themed proposal; which led to a yes for Ben.
The couple have yet to decide on a date for their wedding.
