A Pembroke Dock nurse who has admitted attempted murder is due to be sentenced at Swansea Crown Court this morning.
Appearing before the court last month, Kelvin John Bull-De'ath, of Charles Thomas Avenue, pleaded guilty to the attempted murder of 52-year-old Marion Powell.
Emergency services were called to Mrs Powell's home in Charles Thomas Avenue at around 3.59am on July 17th. She was taken to Withybush Hospital by ambulance, having sustained several knife wounds.
Bull De'ath was subsequently found in a field near to the house, he also had knife wounds and was conveyed to hospital.
Bull De'ath has been remanded in custody and a report has been prepared into his state of mental health.
He is due to appear in front of a judge at Swansea Crown Court at 10.30 today.
