AM Nerys Evans has welcomed the announcement made by Deputy Housing Minister, Jocelyn Davies that Pembrokeshire will receive £1.3 million in housing renewal aid from the One Wales government.

She said: "This investment will help to improve the life of many people here in Pembrokeshire by helping to restore confidence in areas in need of regeneration. The Regional AM added: "The One Wales government is striving to ensure that everyone has a good standard of housing, especially in our poorest areas."

Jocelyn Davies has pledged to provide 6,500 new affordable homes to Wales over the next four years.
