A damning report into the controversial sale of the East Blockhouse building, Angle has been obtained by the Western Telegraph.
The Western Telegraph can reveal that a senior National Park officer is facing potential disciplinary proceedings after the authority's monitoring officer found that the Code of Conduct may have been breached.
