Staff at the Torch Theatre moved into their newly refurbished offices this week.
Staff are now back in the £5.4million redevelopment after a slight delay.
Artistic director Peter Doran said: "We have moved back into the admin block and it is all up and running. The work is on schedule now, there was a point where we thought we wouldn't make it, but it was just a little blip."
Work started on the project last November and involves the complete refurbishment of the existing theatre building, and the addition of another auditorium, costing more than £5m. The new cafe and bar are almost complete, as is the foyer, with improved disabled access.
The new brochure will be out in a couple of weeks and it is hoped everything will be completed by March.
