Man airlifted after 20ft fall

A man has been airlifted to Withybush hospital after plummeting nearly 20 feet from a ladder on Queen Street, Pembroke Dock.

Police and ambulances were called to the scene at around 10.30am this morning, where the man, believed to be a painter/ decorator who was working on a job at the time of the fall, was found with head and back injuries.

The man was still conscious on arrival at the hospital.
