Pembrokeshire’s magic has cast its spell over the producers of the next Harry Potter film, the Western Telegraph can reveal.
A beach location in the south of the county will feature in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, based on the final book in the J. K. Rowling series.
It is understood that location staff from film company Warner Brothers have visited Pembrokeshire and booked hotel and self-catering accommodation in the area ahead of their arrival to film during early summer.
The seaside scenes in the book relate to the fictional village of Tinworth in Cornwall, the location of Shell Cottage where young wizards Harry, Ron and Hermione take shelter.
A spokesman for the Harry Potter production team said no specific locations for the film could be confirmed.
Filming in the studio and on location began last month and the movie is due to be released in November 2010.
