New application, for Bettws Newydd, Parrog, Newport, submitted to Pembrokeshire National Park Authority

A new planning application for a controversial north Pembrokeshire building has been placed with the national park authority.
The application, for Bettws Newydd, on the Parrog, Newport, follows a protracted planning battle.
The property has been branded an eyesore by campaigners who have set up a website against the development.
The house was granted planning permission in June 2006 but was built bigger than the approved plans.
Retrospective permission was refused last summer and the authority was considering what action to take.
Enforcement options included removing the building completely, along with the hardstanding and driveway.
But the new application has now been placed and can be seen at the national park offices in Pembroke Dock and the national park information centre, Newport, from Thursday (February 4th).
Any comments must be made in writing to the national park authority by February 25th.

The planners & Nat Parks didnt bother to check the building whilst it was being constructed.
It is an eyesore and blot on the landscape.
Allowing its continued existance will set a prescident within the National Parks, and lots more houses will be built if this man gets his way and the planners approve of his over sized house.
Many people will lose their faith in the Pembrokshire Planning Dept and the National Parks Authority.
