A Pembrokeshire businessman is among the finalists for awards which celebrate Welsh leadership.

David Jones of Narberth, who is managing director at Princes Gate Spring Water, is one of the three finalists in the category for businesses with fewer than 50 employees in the Leading Wales Awards 2010.

He was shortlisted as a result of his pioneering approach to driving the growth of the company, which is experiencing record growth levels, despite the economic downturn.

The awards recognise great leadership at all levels across the public, private and voluntary sectors, and the awards ceremony takes place at the Hilton Hotel, Cardiff today (Thursday) February 25th.
