Bike warning follows spate of thefts

Police are warning cyclists to security mark their bikes, lock them up and store them in secure outbuildings, following a spate of thefts in the county.

Between the beginning of March and yesterday (Thursday) a metallic brown Haro BMX worth £150 was stolen from a property at the bottom of the Station Hill steps Goodwick.

In Dinas a Grey Raleigh Gritstone bike was stolen from the drive of a premises between 11pm on March 13th and 10am the following day.

And in Milford Haven, between 6pm on March 4th and March 5th ,a blue/grey Xrated BMX was stolen from Meyler Crescent.

The bike had been left leaning against a fence overnight and had not been locked up or security marked.

Anyone with information on the above incidents should contact their local police station on 101.
